Refund policy/Exchanges:

- At Goblin Of All Trades, We not only strive to make affordable, hand-drawn + hand-crafted items, but our BIGGEST concern is quality. We always ensure that all our items are triple-checked for quality before reaching you, our lovely explorers. With that being said, if you receive an item that is NOT up to the standards please do reach out to us DIRECTLY with your inquiry, and we WILL make it right. This also applies to incorrect or missing items.

When do you usually ship out orders?

- Orders are shipped out typically on the corresponding Saturday and Sunday

Do you offer shipping with tracking?

-Currently, ALL orders come with tracking, and both international & US have flat shipping fees. Currently only able to ship to the US, the Americas, and Europe due to tariff fluctuations and changes.

Do you do custom orders/designs?

-YES! We do. If you are interested in more information, please do contact us via the "contact us" button or directly at: [email protected] with subject line "Commission Inquiry" or "Custom Inquiry"

Where do all your designs come from?
 
-ALL of our designs are hand-drawn traditionally or digitally by our lead artist and only artist @CozyCrafterAria
Who also just runs this entire one-woman show.
